Cancellation Policy

At Tammy Guillory Hair Loss Solutions, your appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens, but we kindly ask that you respect our time and scheduling policies. Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $30 cancellation fee. No-Call/No-Show Clients who miss their appointment without calling will be considered a no-call/no-show and will be charged 50% of the total service booked. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to provide the best service to all of our valued clients, and your adherence to our policies helps us do just that.
